K-Wave's events are open to both members and non-members, and we welcome anyone with interests in Korean culture to join us anytime!

Membership can be purchased in-person or online at K-Wave events. Membership benefits include lower event fees and discounts at our partnered locations. More information regarding sponsors will be provided in emails.

How can you get involved?

Membership

For UBC students, membership is $15 for the entire school year and $8 for one semester.

For non-UBC student, membership is $23 for the entire school year and $12 for one semester.

Payment can be done online via e-transfer or in-person in events or dance classes.

Hiring

Hiring generally occurs in late August and early January. Stay tuned on our social media platforms for more information regarding hiring.

Dance Team

Auditions are generally held in early October and it consists of 2 rounds. Auditions happen in Term 1 only. The Dance Team auditions for the 23/24 year has been completed and we are no longer accepting new members.

Dance Class

Dance Classes for this term will be Monday 4:00-5:00pm and Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm at NEST 2301.

They are $2 for members and $5 for non-members. Payment must be done via cash in-person before the dance class. Registration is required and the RSVP form will be posted on our Instagram a few days prior.
